Pay A Parking Ticket

Parking tickets are to be paid within 5 business days of the issuance of the ticket. Payment can be made at the NCPD Clerk’s Office, located in the lobby of the New Castle Police Station. Payment can be by check, cash, or money order. Parking tickets can also be mailed to 303 East North Street, New Castle PA 16101. The hours of operation for paying a parking ticket are Monday-Friday, from 6am to 4pm.
